Greystone Books asked me to update the cover design for the reissue of Hiking the West Coast of Vancouver Island in 2015. I lifted type choices from the interior (designed inhouse) to blend the two into a cohesive design, and used a bright, friendly palette that contrasts against the usual green/brown options in this category. Knowing it may be placed on racks, the title is clear and situated in the top 3rd for easy discoverability.
