For this limited book series of long essays, Coach House wanted a cover design that would work across all topics and image choices and could be completed inhouse. (The three covers here were fully designed by me.) The logo for the series – the three squares (bottom right corner) – are the negative space left if the “E” in “Exploded” were erased.
